This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Payable Specialist located at Mandan, ND with standard business hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing vendor invoices and expense reports, entering supplier transactions, and reconciling statements.
Additionally, they will be responsible for updating and maintaining accurate records and providing financial support to the accounting team.
Job duties include: Processing vendor invoices and expense reports.
Entering supplier transactions.
Reconciling statements.
Maintain accurate records of invoices and payments.
Providing financial support to the accounting team.
Qualifications: Strong Analytical Skills Hands-on Experience in Finance and Accounting domain Expertise in Expense Reports and Journal Entries (Accounting) Experience with Accounts Payable systems and procedures Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with attention to details Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly in Excel and Word Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred Perks include: Strong Emphasis on a great work/life balance with 2 weeks paid vacation with 1 week paid sick leave plus paid holidays.
