Denny’s Electric is looking for an HR and Payroll Specialist to join our team.
We are looking for an effective communicator with previous HR and payroll experience.
The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication, have strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Office and general office equipment.
Responsibilities
Perform weekly payroll processes
File quarterly and annual payroll reports to include W2, 1095
Process child support and garnishments as they relate to payroll
Process new hire reporting to include WOTC
Process new hire and open enrollment for company benefits
Manage and ensure all HR processes are current
Workforce Safety and Job Service payroll reporting
Requirements
Previous experience with Human Resources
Previous experience processing payroll
Working knowledge of office equipment; i.
e.
, printers, copiers, scanners, etc
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
