(FB Timberline) is seeking multiple experienced Laborer's (full time, temporary) to support the operations team at our Basin transmission line construction project, in Watford City, ND.
The Laborer (full-time) will work Monday to Saturday, typically 11-hour days, onsite at the Basin project located in Watford City, ND.
The Basin project consists of 32 miles, 345 KV Transmission construction with H Frame and Monopole structures.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting other crew members in day-to-day tasks inclusive of but not limited to operating small equipment and tools to complete tasks, moving materials and hazardous waste and debris as needed and other additional tasks and duties as assigned.

Digging and backfilling trenches
Pulling and placing underground and overhead cables
Carrying and moving materials as needed
Operating small equipment and hand tools
Spotting for vehicles and equipment
Site setup and cleanup, ensuring trash, debris and other potentially dangerous materials from the construction site are removed
Assisting craft/crew members with work as directed
Follow instruction and adhere to safe work practices
Development of skills on varied and challenging tasks
Perform additional laborer tasks and duties as assigned
Adhere to Forbes Bros Occupational Health and Safety rules and regulations
Perform other tasks related to this function as assigned
What We Are Looking For:
Minimum one (1) year experience as a general laborer in the construction industry, is required
CSTS, Fall Protection and Ground Disturbance Level 2 certifications, are required
General knowledge of the principals involved in the operation of construction and maintenance methods and procedures, is required
Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a team to efficiently and effectively complete jobs within deadlines
Ability to recognize site hazards and implement hierarchy of controls to eliminate hazards with crew members
Able and willing to work in field/site with travel and work hour flexibility to accommodate to remote/site work schedules
Able and willing to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions, climates, and environments at various heights inclusive of heavy lifting
Have and maintain a Class A Commercial Driver License and an acceptable MVR
