YOUR DAY AS A Construction Supervisor
As a Construction Supervisor, you spend your time overseeing all aspects of oil and gas construction projects.
Your tasks include lining up resources, planning, leading teams, and coordinating with subcontractors.
In this supervisor role, you manage schedules, budgets, and project documents.
You handle customer inquiries, calculate materials, and ensure equipment readiness.
Your attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A Construction Supervisor
Driver's license
Class A CDL (Preferred)
Strong familiarity with tank battery construction
Proficient with computers
Exemplary leadership skills with the ability to inspire team members
Great verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in safety glasses, steel-toe boots, and earplugs
Flexible schedule
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Capable of lifting 50 pounds regularly from floor height
Able to lift 75 or more pounds overhead and occasionally
Comfortable with exposure to loud noise, vibrations, and bright lights, where moving parts, and rotating equipment are present
