Primary Job Responsibilities

Installing Windows
Setting Cabinets
Setting Base and Casing
Completion of Punch List Items
Other carpenter duties (as needed) include:
Framing
Drywall
Flooring
Sub-flooring
Experience and Skills:
Individual must be familiar with aspects of the carpentry profession.
Must be at least 18 years of age
Carpentry experience (2 plus years preferred, but willing to train the right person)
Physical Demands:
Lift (constantly) 5-40 lbs.
, lift (frequently) 20-80 lbs
May involve significant stand/walk/ push/pull
Occasional climbing (ladders, etc.
), balancing, crouching, frequent stooping, reaching, kneeling, and handling
Ability to work in confined spaces (occasional)
Exposure to weather with temperatures ranging from mild/moderate to extreme cold/heat
Exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud from occasional to frequent
Pay: Starting at $19-$24, DOE, 90-day review

Schedule:
40 - 45 hours per week, Monday through Friday, typically 7:30am through 5pm (may slightly vary depending on travel distance, when applicable)
Rotating on-call schedule (for afterhours emergencies)
Occasional Over-nights (hotel room paid, per diem offered)
Education:
High school or equivalent
License/Certification:
Valid Driver’s License (required)
Reliable transportation for getting to and from work
