*Heartland Pella Windows and Doors* is seeking a driven individual to fill a full-time Territory Sales position in South Western, ND and surrounding area.
Prior sales experience and computer skills required.
Construction experience preferred.

*Job Description and Principal Duties or Responsibilities:* Sell all the products and services offered by the company to qualified customers and perform the activities that will make them very satisfied.
Present product demonstrations and presentations to individual customers and groups Follow up on all leads generated in our sales offices and by your own efforts.
Measure, quote and close sales contracts.
Read, interpret and complete takeoffs from blueprints.
Utilize Pella systems to organize accounts, projects and day to day meetings and activities on a daily basis and also, to quote and order products.
Provide quotes and technical assistance to customers.
Organize routes to maximize face-to-face sales calls.
Maintain current and accurate customer information.
Establish and maintain relationships with customers.
Actively prospect for new accounts.
Review new and upcoming product information and inform customers of changes (product offering, pricing, assembly options, installation methods, etc.
)
Represent Pella at company sponsored events, trade association meetings and home shows.
Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and problems.
Complete all paperwork accurately and timely.
Estimate date of delivery to customer based on production lead time and delivery schedules.
Coordinate deliveries, service and installation to maximize efficiency.
Make minor repairs and adjustments to products after installation.
Generate ideas for improving efficiency or cutting cost.
Timely attendance.
Other duties as assigned.
*Requirements:* A very good attitude with excellent people and communication skills.
Minimum 1 year experience in customer sales in the geographical area.
Knowledge of construction practices and methods.
Good organizational and computer skills.
Must be able to climb ladders or scaffolding.
Ability to understand and follow instructions.
Must have transportation, a valid driver license and a clean driving record.
Self motivated and able to work without daily supervision.
Ability to travel and stay overnight if necessary or required.
