YOUR SCHEDULE
This full-time management role works Monday - Friday while working weekends as needed.
YOUR DAY
While working in this Construction Supervisor role at Ironworks Welding Inc.
, you skillfully manage multiple oil and gas projects.
You coordinate and lead a team, plan tasks, and ensure efficient project completion.
Additionally, you maintain schedules and budgets while handling communication with clients and subcontractors.
Your role includes answering service requests, calculating materials, and overseeing subordinate employees.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and showcase leadership skills in construction.

REQUIREMENTS
Driver's license
Class A CDL (Preferred)
Strong familiarity with tank battery construction
Proficient with computers
Exemplary leadership skills with the ability to inspire team members
Great verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in safety glasses, steel toe boots, and ear plugs
Flexible schedule
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Capable of lifting 50 pounds regularly from floor height
Able to lift 75 or more pounds overhead and occasionally
Comfortable with exposure to loud noise, vibrations, and bright lights, where moving parts, and rotating equipment are present
