Job Overview:
Prairie Barns Construction LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
The Project Manager will also oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.

Resource Management:
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
3.
Team Coordination:
- Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors.
- Develop and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
4.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure project quality standards are met and consistent with company values.
- Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
5.
Risk Management:
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
6.
Communication:
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
Qualifications:
- continued education in a related field (Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture preferred).
- Proven experience in project management in the construction industry.
- Proficient in project management software tools.
Skills:
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of construction processes and industry standards.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
