Location: Various, predominantly rural areas
Start Date: May 1st, 2024 (Limited work available this fall and winter)

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced crews of 3 or more builders to join our team.
This is not a babysitting job; we expect professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Construct post frame buildings, stud frame buildings, and frame homes
- Install metal trim, wall panels, and roof panels on pole barns
- Meet a minimum build of 1800 sq ft per person on the crew per month (e.
g.
, a crew of 5 must meet a minimum build of 10,000 sq ft)
Requirements:
- Skilled in the trade with a strong knowledge of building
- Must have your own tools and transportation
- Willingness to travel, as many jobs will be in rural areas
- Crews must consist of 3 or more builders; no two-man crews will be considered
Compensation:
