Construction Worker/Labor

Job Summary: Performs duties on construction project, usually working in utility capacity, by transferring from one task to another where demands require varied experience and ability to work without close supervision.
Essential Job Functions: Must be able to load and unload construction material.
Must be able to set and remove form work and do other related tasks.
Must be physically capable.
Must be able to perform light duty maintenance.
Must be able to operate power tools Must be able to place concrete in forms Must be able to lift 100 pounds Other Job Functions: Must be able to maintain proper housekeeping and yard maintenance.
Must be able to perform other job descriptions such as construction carpenter, cement finisher, iron worker and other construction tasks assigned by employer or supervisor.
Essential Job Requirements – Qualifications: Must be in physical working condition.
Valid drivers license is preferred.
Pay Range, Salary and/or Pay grade Information: Negotiable upon experience and knowledge.
