Experienced Concrete Finisher

Job Summary: Smoothes and finishes surfaces of poured concrete floors, walls, sidewalks, or curbs to specified textures, using hand tools or power tools.
Essential Job Functions: Must be able to load and unload construction material.
Must be able to run power tools and light duty construction equipment.
Must be able to run power trowels and finish concrete with hand tools to an acceptable finish.
Must be willing to learn or teach new techniques.
Must be able to set and remove work and do other related tasks.
Must be physically capable.
Must be able to operate power tools.
Must be able to place concrete in forms.
Must be able to lift 100 plus pounds Other Job Functions: Must be able to maintain proper housekeeping and yard maintenance.
Must be able to perform other job descriptions such as construction carpenter, cement finisher, iron worker and other construction tasks assigned by employer or supervisor.
Essential Job Requirements – Qualifications: Must have one year experience on finishing: floors, driveways, sidewalks and steps Must be in physical working condition.
Valid drives license is preferred Pay Range, Salary and/or Pay Grade Information: Negotiable upon experience and knowledge.
