We are excited to be hiring for a new Project Manager to add to our talented and knowledgeable team! This is a full-time position, typically working 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
Longer hours and some flexibility in hours may be needed dependent upon business needs.
Project Managers are also on a rotating on-call schedule to handle after hour emergencies.

Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for managing a wide range of functions necessary to obtain and successfully execute reconstruction projects that result from losses due to water, fire, mold, and other disasters.
They are responsible for ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, our claims department, and our field staff who are involved in the process.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
1.
Project Initiation
-Evaluate and sell projects/services.
-Educate customers on process.

Project Planning
-Identify and document project scope of work.
-Review estimates.
-Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate.
3.
Project Execution
-Create project schedule and timeline.
-Utilize internal staff, subcontractors, and resource providers.
4.
Staff Management
-Manage and schedule employees throughout the reconstruction process.
-Communicate work orders with team members.
5.
Customer Satisfaction
-Be responsible for customer service, communication, and management of the project start to finish.
Necessary Experience and Skill Sets (strong combination preferred, but willing to train the right person)
Experience in restoration and/or construction and/or homebuilding processes
Strong knowledge of residential construction
Superb customer service track record
Effective sales skills
Effective written and oral communication
Fluency/comfort with current technology
Formal Education/Training
High school diploma/GED

Base Pay:
Starting at $55,000 - $65,000 annually, but depending on experience
Additional Pay Incentives:
Annual performance bonus (must meet eligibility)
Quarterly profit sharing (once eligible)
On-call bonus pay
60-day review (eligible for wage adjustment if applicable)
