From the beginning, Pure Dakota set out to be a different kind of company.
Located in Bismarck, North Dakota, we are Bismarck's only medical marijuana manufacturing facility.
As we expand our footprint throughout the state, we are currently accepting applicants for a full-time Cultivation/Harvest Tech to work Monday - Friday.
Preferred candidates will have a passion for the industry, integrity, and a strong work ethic.

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for cannabis plant care in all stages of life-cycle growth.
This includes everything from propagation to harvest to drying and curing.
On the job training includes basic plant work, trellis, veg/flower growth, checking for insects, canopy heights, nutrients and soil media.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Engages in all aspects of the bucking, sorting, trimming, and watering processes.
Assist in all aspects of plant care from clone to harvest in an indoor grow.
Transplant and defoliate plants.
Harvest Break down and set up plant production areas after harvest, including: sweep all work areas, sanitize crop benches, wash down rooms, and prepare to transplant new crops.
QUALIFICATIONS: Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality are required Extremely high attention to detail required.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods of time.
Applicants must be a minimum of 21 years old.
Must be able to pass an extensive state mandated background check, no felonies allowed.
Clean driving record required.
Valid driver's license required along with reliable transportation.
