Project Superintendent

Innes Construction is a General Contractor looking for full-time Project Superintendent to work on commercial construction projects in and around the Grand Forks, ND area with some traveling.
Responsibilities include: Communicate with the Project Manager with progress and any issues that may come up Create work schedules based off job plans and blueprints Monitor crews job performance and train if needed Inspect finished work to make sure job is on track Keep track of material supply Reporting timecards and injury reports to accountant Additional duties as assigned Requirements: Experience in Construction Superintendent Strong communication and leadership skills Enforce safety rules at job-site Benefits include: Paid time off Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance 401(k) with company match Pay between $29 - $36 an hour (depends on your level of experience and education) Relocation assistance available #hc54372
