Responsibilities:
* Proper installation and service/maintenance of Etab machines and related gaming tables & equipment, distribution of gaming products & related supplies.
* Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, making effective and timely repairs.
* Provide exceptional technical customer service support to clients, either remotely or often by traveling to customer locations, addressing reported issues promptly
* Answering customer calls, sharing/rotating after-hours support line including weekend rotation.
* Assist in the organization and upkeep of the warehouse including supplies and products inventory.
Requirements:
* Full Driver’s License with a good driving record, must be insurable.
* Clear background check as per state requirements.
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and comfortable learning to move and transport heavy E-Tab machines using dollys, fork lifts, trailers, etc.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.
