Maintenance Tech

The Terrace a 40 resident Basic Care facility is now hiring for a Maintenance Technician Full Time Maintenance Technician, Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week Minimum Qualifications Include: Working knowledge of building maintenance methods, materials, tools and equipment Working knowledge of grounds keeping procedures, materials, tools and equipment Ability to perform semiskilled installation, maintenance and repair work on: appliances; electrical systems; plumbing; heating and cooling and ventaliation systems, frame and dry wall; masonry & concrete.
Ability to do manual labor.
Ability to operate and maintain motor driven equipment and power tools.
Prepare & Paint surfaces.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Familiarity with hazards & safety precautions associated with responsibilities.
