Painter - 2nd Shift

We are currently growing our North America team and are seeking a *Painter *on *2nd shift *to join our talented team! *Shift Schedules* *2nd shift: * 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm, Monday-Friday with OT as needed.
($2/hr shift differential) *Job Duties & Responsibilities:* As a Painter, you will set up and operates painting and drying units along conveyor line to coat metal products with paint.
* Apply paint powder to parts that pass through the paint booth, making sure that the quality of the paint is maintained.
* Perform preventative maintenance of paint booths.
* Operate and maintain the cure oven.
* Completes ISO Checklists.
*Job Requirements:* * Must be able to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly.
Must have the ability to work rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods of time in order to meet build requirements.
Must possess the ability to read build sheets and blueprints.
* Possess the ability to work under time pressure and rapidly for extended periods of time in order to meet build requirements.
* Communicate, verbal and written, with supervisors and coworkers.
* Previous experience in manufacturing is a plus but not required.
