*Position Overview:*
We are looking for skilled and experienced Welders to join our dynamic team.
As an Experienced Welder, you will be responsible for interpreting engineering drawings, selecting appropriate materials, and using various welding techniques to assemble, fabricate, and repair metal structures and components.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering precise and high-quality welds while adhering to safety standards.
*Responsibilities:*
* Interpret and analyze engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine project requirements.
* Perform various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, to join, fabricate, and repair metal components.
* Select and set up welding equipment, ensuring proper settings and adjustments for each task.
* Inspect and ensure the quality of welds, making adjustments as necessary to meet project specifications.
* Collaborate with other team members, including engineers and fabricators, to achieve project goals and deadlines.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and regulations.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to welding equipment and processes.
* Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects.
*Requirements:*
* Proven experience as a Welder in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and materials.
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
* Proficient in using various welding tools and equipment.
* Solid understanding of safety standards and procedures.
* Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
* Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Physical stamina and dexterity for prolonged periods of standing, bending, and lifting.
*Qualifications:*
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Welding certification(s) preferred.
* Minimum 1+ years of relevant welding experience.
* Clean driving record.
