Head Diesel Mechanic

We are a construction company that mainly works on road projects, local agg, and oilfield.
We are looking for a full time head mechanic to add to our staff.
Our head mechanic will be responsible for repairs and maintenance on our equipment, delegating out tasks to other mechanics, ordering parts and keeping up on inventory.
Welding skills would be nice but not necessary.
Previous mechanic work required and possible lead mechanic.
Typical work schedule is M-F but occasional weekends are required to help meet job deadlines.
Occasionally will have to go to job site to work on equipment.
Our jobs are usually located around the New England, Dickinson, and Killdeer area.
Our main office is located in New England and our shop is in Dickinson.
