We are a family owned and operated painting services company in Bismarck, have been in business for over 31 years! We need an ambitious *Office Manager*, someone to help us navigate the challenges of continued growth.
We’re looking for a team player who can assist our team to ensure the operations run smoothly from start to finish.
You’ll need to be able to work closely with the customers, employees, vendors and owner to help the business realize its mission.
Experience in construction industry office setting preferred.
*Some of the Major Responsibilities:*
* Customer communication & answering phones
* Data entry
* Upload & run reports in specialized software program
* General filing
* Scheduling – estimates & projects, along with customer communication
* Assist with promotional mailings
*Skills and Experience: *
* Strong organizational skills, problem-solving and maintaining a high level of confidentiality
* Knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and current Windows operating systems as well as multi-line phone system and multi-function copier
* Ability to work accurately, follow instructions, meet deadlines, and work well with other staff and employees
* Driver’s license required
* Require drug testing and background check prior to employment
* Associate degree or bachelor’s degree a plus but not required
Pay Range & Hours: $19 to $23 per hour depending on experience
Office hours: 8 am to 5 pm
