We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team.
As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and other finishes to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality results.

```Duties:```
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas
- Repair damaged areas and perform touch-ups as necessary
- Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
```Requirements:```
- Proven experience as a Painter in the construction industry
- Solid knowledge of painting techniques, color theory, and construction estimating- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in painting and renovation projects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients
