We employ a team of about 120 talented professionals across four main divisions.
Our full range of services includes commercial and residential landscape design and installation, landscape maintenance, irrigation service, aggregate and soil delivery, excavating, and commercial snow removal.
*Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:*
· Transporting goods and raw materials over land to and from job sights and distribution centers
· Inspecting vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues prior to and following each trip
· Planning routes and meeting delivery schedules
· Document and log work
· Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, and route destinations) as well as with company policies and procedures
· Collect and verify delivery instructions
· Report defects, accidents or violations
· Other duties as assigned by management
*Qualifications & Key Selection Criteria:*
· Proven work experience as a truck driver
· Ability to work long hours
· Willing to work through the winter doing snow removal
· Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
· No recent moving or driving violations
· Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc)
· Willing to submit to background/drug checks and provide employment recommendations
· Alert, focused, and detail-oriented
· Skilled at driving large vehicles
· Valid Class A truck driving license and medical card
· Side dump, low boy, and end dump experience
· Must be able to operate wheel loader and skid steer
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,600.
00 - $73,000.
