Assistant Branch Manager

Our experienced team works directly with our customers to provide solutions on any construction project, big or small, from start to finish *Job Summary* Hank’s Specialties is looking to a hire an Assistant Branch Manager who will assist in supporting the day-to-day management of branch operations.
This role provides knowledge, support, and leadership to staff and customers to achieve branch goals and demonstrate excellent customer service.

*Responsibilities* · Thoroughly understand current products, installation techniques and best practices.
· Assist customers with placing their orders in-person and by phone.
· Attend trainings and stay educated on all current and new company products.
· Provide excellent and professional customer service.
· Process customer payment transactions.
· Ensure location is organized and clean.
· Partner with sales team, purchasing team and other departments.
· Assist Branch Manager in operating location in line with company procedures and policies.
· Maintain operational standards to provide excellent working environment for employees.
· In absence of Branch Manager: oversee employees, make bank deposits, and open & close branch for the day.
· Other duties as assigned.
· The ability to load and unload materials on/off delivery trucks.
Ability to receive materials in the warehouse.
· The ability to pick and stage customers’ orders.
*Qualifications* * 2 or more years of experience in the flooring industry (preferred) * Forklift operator certified (will provide certification if needed) * Customer service work experience.
* High school diploma or equivalent *Physical Requirements* * Physical movement including, but not limited to lifting, climbing, bending, kneeling, stooping, twisting, sitting, standing, pushing, pulling, squatting, and reaching (including above your head).
* Lift up to 50 pounds.
* Stand and sit for long periods of time.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,864.
89 - $85,959.
