He or she is expected to assist customers with any products or services they may need, as well as help them balance their water in hot tubs & swimming pools.
He/she is also responsible for the overall showroom appearance and tidiness.
Can you answer the phone with a smile in your voice?! You must have excellent communication skills with a positive attitude, and the ability to manage everyday situations, having exceptional listening skills in order to provide each customer with the best showroom experience in the industry! This person must enjoy and be motivated by sales because every sale adds to your monthly commissions.

*PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Open/Close the Showroom
* Provide excellent customer experience for all customers
* Life-long learner to participate in ongoing on-the-job training
* Product Guru to sell chemicals and accessories
* Answer phones/relay messages
* Chemist (no lab coat needed!) to perform water tests and report the results to customers
* Ensure the showroom is neat and tidy at all times
* Tech Savy to learn and use POS software for various tasks
* Act as a sales professional
* Offer innovation to the department and company
*SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Diplomacy and communication skills to handle any complaints in a level-headed manner
* Ability to multi-task
* Water chemistry
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
*WORK ENVIRONMENT*
This job operates in a professional retail environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
*PHYSICAL DEMANDS*
While performing the duties of this job, you will regularly be required to stand, walk or sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk but more importantly listen! You must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 40 pounds.
*GENERAL HOURS*
Monday – Thursday 9:30-7pm, Fridays & Saturdays are 9:30-6pm, & Sundays 12-5 (Flexible within these hours) MUST be available to work weekends (every other) once properly trained
*Compensation*
Starting at $16 an hour which is equal to $33,280/year
Bonus/Monthly-Based on meeting Chemical and Accessory Sales Goal
