They aid customers with a wide range of inquiries, from choosing garden decor to selecting the right tree and shrub.
* *Greeting Customers*: When customers arrive, garden associates greet them warmly and address any questions they may have.
Excellent customer service and engagement are essential.
* *Product Knowledge*: Associates continually update their knowledge about the products, plants and services offered by the garden center.
They provide accurate information to customers.
*Operational Tasks*:
* *Cash Registers*: Garden associates operate cash registers, manage financial transactions, and balance drawers.
* *Merchandise Presentation*: Associates maintain a neat and orderly appearance throughout the sales floor, ensuring that products and displays are well-presented.
