Quiet and Considerate Person (Jamestown)

I'm a 53-year-old man who's drug-free with a clean criminal background looking for an affordable rental.
I'm starting a custodial job at the University of Jamestown this coming Monday and have been staying at a motel and paying by the week in the meantime.
Basically, everything I own fits into one suitcase, so moving in wouldn't be a big deal.
I can provide rock-solid rental references from Texas where I moved up from and have a great credit history.
Being that my day shift starts at 6:00am I'll be getting up early, so I'm looking for a rental where it's quiet with no loud TVs/stereos or dogs barking.
I am a cigarette smoker, but I would only smoke outside.
