Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Leasing Specialist
Full-time hourly position 8am-5pm Mon-Fri.
Limited on-call rotation 1 week/mo.
This position provides office support in a high-energy, fast-paced leasing office.
Duties include: Answering phones, helping customers, processing payments, assisting with showing and leasing apartments, filling out forms and filing paperwork, updating marketing and advertising.
Work on special projects as needed.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle transportation.
Adhere to all Fair Housing Laws.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to relate to a diverse group of people.
Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel.
Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage time.
Work well in a team setting and with limited supervision.
ADA Specifications (Physical Demands): Employee is required to stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, lift or move up to 25 pounds, speak clearly, hear well, and have close and distance vision.
Compensation and Benefits: $19.
00/hr.
