Key Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of Loan Origination Processors.
Prepare Commercial Real Estate (CRE), C&I, Business Banking and Agricultural transaction loan documents.
Order lien searches.
Lien Perfection (UCC, DOT, Mortgage, vehicle titles).
Order flood certifications.
Compliance Monitoring, i.
e.
Flood, Notice of Actions, HMDA, CRA.
Reconcile UCC Statements, Loan Operations DDAs (escrow, UCC, flood) and monthly flood bill.
Completes loan accounting functions: daily loan balancing, AP processing, exception loan processing.
Maintain and update account records in CORE system -Navigator.
Escrow Analysis.
LaserPro knowledge and hands on experience.
Qualifications:
Associate degree (A.
A.
) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
Three to five years related experience and/or training, preferably in a loan operations or loan originations department.
Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
