Types of projects include environmental remediation, heavy civil construction, abatement and demolition, excavation, dredging, utility work, and landfill operation, capping and closure.
Charter has an opening for a Site Safety & Health Officer - I position in New England.
Requirements include: BS in Construction Safety Sciences, or Safety and Occupational Health Applied Science 1+ years related construction safety experience First Aid/CPR/AED Certification OSHA 10 Hour Construction Safety & Health training OSHA 30 Hour Construction Safety & Health training OSHA 40 Hour HAZWOPER Initial training OSHA 8 Hour HAZWOPER Supervisor training Ability to obtain Hazmat/Respirator Medical Clearance Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen Must possess verbal and written communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) software Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation required Position requires frequent travel within the New England area and overnight An interested candidate should reply to this advertisement online at https://charter.
