**Our ideal candidate will live and work out of EST or CST WHAT YOU’LL DO Proactively sources Veterinarian talent.
Be the first point of contact to potential candidates by sourcing, engaging and screening potential candidates.
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the role requirements.
Utilizes social media and other networking platforms to proactively reach out to prospects and build strong candidate pipelines.
Establishes relationships with veterinary schools and other industry associations.
Seeks innovative new sourcing strategies.
Attends career fairs and other relevant veterinary networking events.
