Dakota Alpha is the only skilled nursing facility in North Dakota specializing in providing rehabilitation services for individuals with a brain injury.

Dakota Alpha is seeking a dependable, dedicated, passionate CNA to help our residents reach independence through providing dignity and respect.
CNA responsibilities: Directly reports to the nurse on duty and is supervised by the DON.
The CNA is responsible for ensuring quality resident care and for following each resident's care plan.
Duties include, but are not limited to, the tasks of dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, transferring and other tasks of daily living as needed by physically disabled or head injured residents.
The CNA reports problems, concerns, and information regarding resident care to the nurse on duty, the ADON, or the DON in an appropriate and timely manner.
Must be able to encourage each resident's capabilities and assist them to perform their daily cares in the most independent manner.
CNA requirements: Current North Dakota Certified Nurse Assistant Certification Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
Desire to collaborate and work as an active and positive team member.
CNA Shift Schedule: Full Time status 8-hour shifts (2:00-10:30PM) Includes Evening shift pay differential.
Pay: Starting at $19.
50 / hour $5000.
