Field Technician Job Description

The successful Field Tech candidate must be a team player and “people person” with a propensity for learning.
We provide great training where needed; our new hire will simply need to retain that knowledge and use their skills and strong mechanical aptitude in field operations to helps achieve great outcomes.

Pass a drug and alcohol testing on a regular basis?
Able to lift 50 lbs?
Willing to travel to out-of-state projects? (All expenses would be paid)
Willing to work long hours on a project? (Overtime is paid and sometimes encouraged)
Heavy equipment experience? A plus, but not necessary.
Training is available for all functions.
Passionate about working safely and ability to follow safety instructions.

Rad Pros provides competitive pay in the $20 to $30 per hour range for this position, with options for higher pay on Davis-Bacon projects, and with nearly unlimited growth and compensation available for the right person with a great work ethic and ability to learn, grow, and contribute.
