An Office Manager in our Dickinson District is the supportive force and an integral team member keeping office operations organized and efficient.
The ideal person for this position will be a problem solver with excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail.
They will have previous experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to coworkers.
The ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines is essential to the position.
Your duties will include:
Office Management:
Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly.
Provide customer service for phone and walk in customers.
Assist district administration with various projects.
District records management coordinator.
Personnel Duties:
Complete on-boarding and off-boarding for all district employees.
Schedule screenings for new employees.
Support district employees with any timesheet, WSI, designated medical provider, benefit, or policy questions.
Assist employees with open enrollment and register employees for training.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Process invoices, vouchers, and purchase card transactions.
Receive payments, prepare receipts, and process bank deposits.
Complete district contracts.
Minimum Qualifications
Requires an associate degree with major coursework in office support or business or office education, and
Four years of experience performing a variety of high-level, complex office support, clerical or secretarial duties.
Additional work experience as described may substitute for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.
Employment of the selected candidate will be contingent on satisfactorily completing the interview process, reference, and background checks.
