1) Serve as an alternate on the Behavior Support and Human Rights Committee, to ensure individuals are treated fairly in the due process of individual rights
2) Assist the individuals served in scheduling, maintaining, and attending routine appointments for necessary medical appointments.
3) Complete Open Consultation Medical Referral forms on the online electronic record system in order to supply the referral at the time of the appointment.
4) Maintain and update the appointment tickler system to provide appointment reminders to supervisors for when appointments are due.
5) Compile a monthly appointment schedule of all appointments scheduled and to route to appropriate personnel.
6) Track referrals to ensure referrals are coming back to the agency.

7) Communicate with nursing on annual exams to ensure that all medical information is current.
8) Attend agency staff meetings, participate in agency sponsored in service training, and independently enhance personal/professional development by reading, attending job related workshops and classes.
