Job Summary We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our team at Minot Dental Partners.
We are looking for part-time (1-3 days per week) As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive dental hygiene care to our patients.
Our ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
*Dental Hygienist Duties and Responsibilities*  Perform dental hygiene procedures, including dental cleanings, scaling and root planing  Take and develop dental x-rays and perform other diagnostic tests as needed  Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral healthcare instructions  Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide sedation as required  Document patient treatment plans, progress notes, and medical history accurately in the electronic health record system  Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care *Dental Hygienist Requirements*  Valid Dental Hygienist license  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Ability to work well in a team environment  Strong attention to detail  Proficiency in using dental software such as Eaglesoft for appointment scheduling and patient records management  Experience with medical imaging software for capturing and analyzing dental x-rays  Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy to effectively communicate with patients and other healthcare professionals  Excellent patient assessment skills to identify oral health issues and recommend appropriate treatment plans We offer a competitive salary of $50 per hour and a flexible schedule.
