RN House Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced House Supervisor to join our team.
As a House Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facility and ensuring the highest level of patient care.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge in coding and Epic, and experience in managing a team of healthcare professionals.
Duties: - Manage and supervise a team of nurses and other healthcare staff - Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards - Coordinate patient care activities and ensure efficient workflow - Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans - Monitor patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality care - Provide guidance and support to staff in handling complex medical cases - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for professional development - Stay updated on current healthcare trends and best practices Requirements: - Valid nursing license (RN or BSN) - Proven experience in nurse management or supervisory role - Strong knowledge of coding and Epic software - Proficiency in IV insertion, IV infusion, and other primary care procedures - Familiarity with family planning services - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities - Knowledge of workers compensation laws is a plus We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as medical insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
