The Ranch is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Specialist.
This position is an essential part of the Human Resources and People and Culture teams, supporting team partnership efforts with Payroll, IT, and the Ranch management team, as well as employees.

Starting wage: $22.

What you will do: The Human Resources Specialist position requires strong time management skills and efficient and accurate task completion.
On a typical day, you’ll balance a variety of tasks including, but not limited to creating recruitment strategies and hiring/onboarding, to employee relations, providing customer service and training, and HRIS systems maintenance and improvement projects.
Multitasking and self-discipline are key traits for this job.
Your role modeling of strong ethical and behavioral standards is paramount.
You will manage deadlines and accomplish tasks quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Experience and background in Human Resources, including a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a relevant field and at least two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of experience of education and experience required.
Certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR highly desirable.
