Travel Nurse RN - Float ICU - Intensive Care Unit
Responsibilities:
Recognize the impact of nursing care and patient/family partnerships on patient outcomes.
Demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment and leadership in planning, directing, and the provision of nursing care to the patients in accordance with the N.
H.
Nurse Practice Act, recognized nursing techniques, and clinical and administrative policies.
Provide therapeutic and administrative services necessary for the care of the patient, in support of HCA ethical principles and values.
Maintains patient confidentiality, privacy, and functions to meet patient's right to be informed.
STANDARDS OF BEHAVIOR: Acts in a manner that supports the standards of communication, respect, privacy, and teamwork by demonstrating a commitment to professional and ethical conduct.
