Position Summary Monitor, research, and resolve collection of outstanding premium, overdue accounts, or revenue adjustment issues.
Ensures all manual adjustments, refunds, and write-offs are appropriately submitted, adhering to policy guidelines.
Consults with internal/external customers to identify accurate account structure, billing format method and payment arrangements to meets customer’s expectations.
Evaluates customer billing requirements, customer payment arrangements and history to deliver a timely and technically accurate product.
Customer facing role with both Plan Sponsor and Member interaction.
Required Qualifications High School degree or equivalent.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable.
•Demonstrates effective keyboard skills; able to navigate within a computer based, multi-systems dependent environment without assistance; knowledgeable in Microsoft products.
• Able to effectively handle multiple tasks and function in a fast paced, flexible, and adaptable environment.
• Able to follow designated procedures.
• Ability to maintain production levels and quality goals.
• Strong customer service; effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Displays a positive, confident attitude.
• Able to process and apply new and changing information.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to maintain regular and consistent attendance in accordance with company and departmental policies and procedures.

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $17.
00 - $27.
90 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
