Alexius Health is a regional health network with a tertiary hospital in Bismarck, the system also consists of critical access hospitals (CAHs) in Carrington, Dickinson, Devils Lake, Garrison, Turtle Lake, Washburn and Williston and numerous clinics and outpatient services.

Responsibilities
This RN role provides education and evaluation to nursing and patient care staff, and facilitates evidenced-based research within our Periop Deperatment
Assesses, researches, coordinates/facilitates, implements, and evaluates educational and professional
development programs, services and systems as established by CHI Health nursing division and/or
Acts as role model, clinical nursing expert, change agent, mentor, and leader to the campus and CHI
Serves as a consultant for organizational, divisional, and system initiatives and program development
as related to nursing practice
Actively seeks out evidence based practice and findings and applies to clinical excellence and education
Provides clinical expertise and leadership to quality improvement initiatives
Coordinates and facilitates nursing transitions to practice and ongoing professional development through support of central onboarding, clinical orientation, nurse residency, fellowships, competency assessment, and preceptor and mentor programs
Contributes to the development and maintenance of educational tools and resources, integrating adult
Qualifications
BSN in Nursing
Completion of MSN program within 5 years of start date
Must hold a valid RN compact multistate license to practice in North Dakota
Minimum three years relevant nursing experience
MSN with emphasis in Education
Pay Range
$28.
7515- $41.
