Alexius is looking for a Full Time Rad Tech to join the team!
The Rad Tech performs radiographic procedures at a technical level.
This individual will be responsible for operating radiology equipment to make clinical diagnostic imaging films as directed by physicians and performs routine diagnostic procedures.
Assumes the responsibilities and the performance of acts within the educational background of the Limited Scope of Practice in Radiology.
What You'll Do:
Successfully performs clinical procedures
Provides guidance to the Radiology Technologist students to help provide a successful clinical education
Follows established radiation safety protocols for patients and staff
Manages the routine use and the QC requirements of Radiology equipment
Demonstrates professional practice standards
Provides appropriate patient care for all Radiology patient needs

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology.
Registered Technologist (or registry eligible graduate) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
Must achieve registration within six months of graduation or hire date
