*Responsibilities* Hygiene Duties (2-3 days/week): * Create a welcoming environment for patients.
* Conduct screenings and diagnose oral health conditions.
* Utilize cutting-edge technology for treatments.
* Educate patients about oral health and hygiene.
Pain Management Specialist (1 day/week): * Administer targeted pain relief treatments.
* Assist in complex procedures requiring specialized pain management.
* Collaborate with dentists to optimize patient comfort during treatments.
*Skills & Qualifications* * Versatility: Ability to excel in both hygiene and pain management roles.
* Expertise: In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, including HIPAA.
* Technical Skills: Experience in preparing and maintaining dental equipment.
* Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills.
* Personality: A warm, patient, and friendly demeanor.
* Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail.
* Education: Diploma in Dental Hygiene; Master’s is a plus.
* License: Valid license to practice.
