Nursing Home LPN

```Duties:``` - Provide direct patient care in a variety of healthcare settings, including nursing homes, ERs, and ophthalmology clinics - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Perform venipuncture and collect blood samples for laboratory testing - Assist with dialysis procedures and monitor patients during treatment - Conduct health coaching and provide patient education on medical conditions and treatment plans - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems - Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of diseases - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care ```Qualifications:``` - Valid LPN license in the state of [location] - Proficient in ICD-10 coding and medical terminology - Experience working in nursing homes, ERs, or ophthalmology clinics is preferred - Skilled in performing venipuncture and administering injections - Knowledge of infection control practices and protocols - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
