40 hrs/wk | Monday-Friday
8:00am-4:30pm
Weekend and holiday rotation
Duties:
Responsible for the implementation of resident activities
Complete electronic documentation for daily records of activities on each resident assigned
Assist residents in reaching their activity goals and communicate these goals to the nursing staff
Qualifications:
Must be CNA certified in ND or able and willing to become certified within the first 6 months of employment
