```Duties```
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and equipment
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Collect specimens for laboratory testing
- Assist with wound care and dressing changes
- Document patient information and medical records accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
```Experience```
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Experience in hospice care, acute care, assisted living, or critical care is a plus
- Familiarity with medical terminology and eClinicalWorks software is desirable
- Knowledge of catheter care procedures and experience with spinal tap procedures is an asset

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of a state-approved nursing assistant program
- Current certification as a nursing assistant (CNA)
- CPR certification
