Novaspect company is currently offering an opportunity for a ETS Services Supervisor to join our fast paced, customer-oriented team.
The successful candidate will exemplify and promote Novaspect Identity throughout the services team while overseeing and managing a team of instrumentation technicians.
Additionally, the ETS Services Supervisor role maintains high standards and productivity of all jobs while providing customer satisfaction and company profitability.
ETS Services Supervisor Essential Responsibilities:
Supervision
Lead and supervise a team of instrumentation technicians, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring workloads are balanced and efficiently managed.
Conduct regular performance reviews and identify opportunities for professional development and engagement within the team.
Work in conjunction with the Sales Team and support the Service Coordinator with the quoting process.
In collaboration with the Business Unit Manager review all service contracts and participate and/or lead in the renewal process with customers.
Participate in supervisor training and events.
Participate, in collaboration with Talent Management, in the recruiting and interviewing of reliability technician/specialist candidates.
Participate in yearly compensation planning and lead compensation conversations.
Lead new employee onboarding and training.
Work Execution
Coordinate and manage instrumentation activities, prioritizing work based on criticality and impact.
Work collaboratively with other departments to execute complex projects
Ensure all service activities adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.
Ensure that all company business system tools are utilized and incorporated within daily work processes.
Identify any special tools, outside services, additional labor requirements or special order parts required to complete the job within the specified timeframe and budget.
Monitor equipment performance data and work with team to identify bad actors that may require additional resources to resolve.
Continuous Improvement
Analyze workload data and trends to identify opportunities for efficiency improvement.
Develop and implement new procedures and practices to optimize performance and safety.
Stay current on industry best practices in reliability and maintenance methodologies.
Execute additional job duties as required.
Requirements:
ETS Services Supervisor Education and Experience Requirements:
5+ years of Oil and Gas Services and RTU experience.
High School diploma required.
Efficiently manage difficult situations and respond promptly to internal customer needs.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication skills.
Provides candid feedback to others as needed and navigate crucial conversations.
Motivates others and drives a strategic vision within the organization.
Proven ability to build followership and create cohesive teams.
High computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn internal business systems).
Knowledge of proper safety procedures.
ETS Services Supervisor Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Ability of hands to grasp and manipulate small objects/tools
Ability to work with hand tools
Ability to work at heights
Ability to stoop, crawl and crouch while working on equipment on hands and knees
Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours per day
Ability to work in a loud industrial environment
Comfortable working around industrial equipment with exposed moving parts
Ability to climb stairs (up to 20 flights per day)
Ability to climb a 20 ft.

Ability to work with up to 480 volts
ETS Services Supervisor Pay:
Compensation potential: $140,000-142,000; inclusive of base and bonus
