As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:
Provide high-quality care
Enforce health and safety standards
Help clients take prescribed medication and assist clients with ambulation
Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.
)
Plan and prepare meals
Assist in personal hygiene for elderly clients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries, or accidents by attending to their basic needs (such as showering, bathing, dressing, and eating)
Assist with physical therapy exercises
Complete client’s shopping or accompany them to do so successfully
Perform general housekeeping duties
Report unusual incidents and act quickly/responsibly in cases of emergency
What makes you a great candidate?
Active CNA license or successful completion of a HHA Program
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation
Prior experience in a healthcare or in-home care environment (preferred)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Supportive and compassionate personality
Full-Time:
Day Shifts: 36-40 hours per week, including every other weekend rotation.
Schedules are for 12-hour shifts from 8am-8pm.
Night Shifts: 36 hours week, including every other weekend rotation.
Schedules are for 12-hour shifts from 8pm-8am.
Part-Time:
Minimum of 20 hours per week - Flexible, most shifts are 8am-12pm, 12pm-4pm, 4pm-8pm or 8pm-8am (overnight)
