96 Department Details Experienced RNs come join the Solutions By Sanford team! We are looking for RN's with at least two years of experience and at least one year of travel experience to join our team.
You must live at least 60 miles from the location you are applying for.
You will be paid weekly, your stipend is included in the weekly pay rate.
You will also be eligible for Sanford Benefits.
Contracts are 13 weeks with the option to extend or go to another Sanford site! Comprehensive Pediatric Care: Our 14-bed pediatric unit, equipped with the capability for multiple PICU beds, ensures that we can provide expert care to children with diverse medical needs.
From medical and surgical cases to oncologic care, medical infusions, and respiratory support, we cater to a wide range of pediatric conditions.
State-of-the-Art Facilities: Our 6-bay pediatric same-day surgery center provides a convenient and specialized environment for pediatric patients requiring outpatient surgical procedures.
With central monitors in all rooms, we can accommodate patients with varying acuity levels, from standard pediatric inpatient care to those needing intensive care interventions.
Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration: Our dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including RNs, Pediatric Respiratory Therapists, Nurse Practitioners, Pharmacists, Child Life Specialists, Hospitalists, and Intensive Care Doctors, works collaboratively to deliver comprehensive and personalized care to every child.
This interdisciplinary approach ensures that each patient receives the specialized attention they deserve.

Responsibilities Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and various other nursing interventions Collaborates with colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care Empathetically cares for patients during all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up along the continuum of care Demonstrates competency and uses comprehensive nursing expertise Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including, but not limited to, American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).
Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
