Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team.
As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide counseling and therapy services to children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a variety of mental health concerns.
You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing support.

Duties:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to clients, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and more
- Assist clients in developing coping skills and strategies to manage their mental health conditions
- Conduct patient assessments to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Provide direct support and guidance to clients during crisis situations
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Valid North Dakota licensure as an LAPC, LPC, or LPCC
- Experience working with children and adolescents is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to establish rapport with clients and create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
-Knowledge of insurance billing procedures and electronic health record systems.
