The CNA is responsible for ensuring quality resident care and for following each resident's care plan.
Duties include but are not limited to the tasks of dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, transferring, and other daily living tasks as needed by physically disabled or head-injured residents.
The CNA reports problems, concerns, and information regarding resident care to the nurse on duty, the ADON, or the DON appropriately and promptly.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE A high school diploma or general education degree (GED); and a current Certified Nurse Aid Certificate in good standing with ND Department of Health or eligible for transfer of same certification from another state.
A CNA who will be driving the agency vehicles will be required to successfully complete HIT's defensive driving course and carry a current driver's license.
